Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients admitted for routine coronary artery bypass grafting surgery for the first time at a tertiary care centre.
2. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
3. Patients who are able to read and write Malayalam.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients having severe LV dysfunction.
2. Coronary artery bypass grafting surgery on emergency basis.
3. Patients having psychological disturbances who cannot able to follow instructions.
