Patients aged 18-65 years with Tinea corporis/cruris.
Both male and female
Patientâ??s positive with Mycological findings
Patients using topical ointments /systemic treatment for tinea in past 15days.
Evidence of skin conditions (like Tinea pedis/ barbae/ unguium, Pityriasis versicolor/ Alba, vitiligo, Psoriasis, Eczema, Lichen planus) other than Tinea corporis / Cruris that would interfere with evaluations of the effect of study medication.
Patients taking treatment with immune-modulating oral medications in past one (1) month.
Cases associated with any systemic diseases and their complications (like Diabetes mellitus, primary or secondary Hypertension, Thyroid disorders, Any heart diseases, Renal failure or Hepatic failure, any type of malignancy, HIV, Tuberculosis, Filariasis).
Pregnant or Lactating women.
Unwilling to participate the study.

Name Time Method Clinical and Mycological assessment of Tinea lesion at baseline, and end of Treatment <br/ ><br>Clinical cure (resolution of sign and symptoms) <br/ ><br>Mycological assessment is based on KOH mounting for dermatophytes <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Patient will be examined at baseline visit on day 0 and thereafter at 2 weeks interval upto 06 months
