1. high risk hypertension patients a. eGFR(GFR:glomerular filtration rate) > 60 with one of target organ damages b. eGFR <= 60
2. diabetes mellitus with microalbumin ration (Albumin-Creatinine ratio >= 30mg/g)
3. anuric End Stage Renal Diasease patients on dialysis
4. the relatives of acute myocardial infarction patients under 55 years old (men)/ 65 years old (women)
5. Asymptomatic peripheral aterial disease
1. acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome patients, symptomatic coronary artery disease or history of these diseases
2. symptomatic peripheral artery disease, heart failure and history of these diseases
3. desired life time under 6 months due to non-cardiovascular disease (e.g. cancer, sepsis)
4. women with pregnancy or on nursing
