Inclusion Criteria
Nursing staff of Kashan University of Medical Sciences
Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Having at least one month of work experience in special care units
Active participation in the patient's drug treatment process
Exclusion Criteria
Leaving the job or changing the place of work of nursing personnel from intensive care units to other units or other hospitals
Sick leave or maternity leave of personnel during the study implementation process

Name Time Method Medication administration interruptions. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (pre-test collection) and then two months later in the post-test phase. Method of measurement: Checklist of medication interruptions and checklist of duration of medication interruptions.
