(1) aged 18-55 years; (2) patients had one residual symptom such as fatigue, dyspnea, cough, and muscle pain at least 5 weeks after discharge; (3) patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.
1. patients with fever
2. patients with SARS-CoV-2 positive
3. patients who had severe medical conditions such as respiratory tract infections, cardiovascular, liver or renal dysfunction, and diabetes mellitus
4. females who had menstrual period
5. patients who had allergic history to any Thai herbal medicines
