Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Model of end stage liver disease (MELD) score less than 24\.
- •Elective adult living donor liver transplant recipient patients with chronic liver disease.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients with pre\-existing significant pulmonary disease with abnormalities in spirometry, previous lung surgery, home oxygen therapy and signi?cant cardiac dysfunction.
- •\-Acute liver failure and redo\-transplant.
- •\-Patients with pulmonary hypertension.
- •\-Body\-mass index higher than 40 kg/m²
- •\-Unwilling to participate in the study.
