This is a single blind randomized comparative clinical study to evaluate the effect of Dadrukandvadi lepa and Durvadi lepa in 20 days. This study comprise of two groups of 30 subjects with kandu (itching), daha ( burning sensation), utsanna mandala (elevated circular lesion), pidaka (eruption), raga (erythema), rukshata (dryness), discharge (serous/blood/pus) associated with Dadru. Study will be conducted in ALN Rao memorial ayurvedic hospitals in koppa , koppa taluk, chikmagaluru district 577126, karnataka, india. Primary out come measure will be kandu (itching), daha ( burning sensation), utsanna mandala (elevated circular lesion), pidaka (eruption), raga (erythema), rukshata (dryness), discharge (serous/blood/pus) in 20 days.

入选标准
- •Age group:.
- •60 years.
- •Subjects of either sex.
- •Subjects diagnosed with Dadru, having symptoms like kandu, pidaka, raga, and utsanna mandala will be included in the study.
- •Subjects with controlled systemic illness such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc.
- •Subjects must be capable of giving informed consent, willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plans and laboratory tests and other study procedures.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects of age group less than 18 and more than 60 years.
- •2.Subjects with uncontrolled systemic illness such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc.
- •3.Subjects with other skin diseases will be excluded like eczema, scabies, and psoriasis.
- •4.Subjects not willing to give written consent for study.
