Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: students who are studying at Nursing and Midwifery faculty 2010-2011; students who want to participant in the study; students who are not receiving anti-depression medications.

Exclusion Criteria

students who abandon the study in during of the research;
students who do not want to Participate in the study; students who absent more than one session from teaching sessions; students who are suffering from acute medical diseases; students who are receiving any information about problem solving techniques during the research from other resources; students who have severe depression according to Beck Depression Inventory.
