Inclusion Criteria
Femoral fracture patients age 15 - 80 years old who underwent surgical intervention
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients with hemoglobin less than 9 g/dL, greater than 16 g/dL, 2.on antiplatelets drugs, 3.known case bone marrow disease etc thalassemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma 4.Chronic kidney disease, 5.Allergy if EPO, 6.Contraindicated for EPO, 7.Severe traumatic brain injury
