- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Identification ot the most effective treatment branch as assessed by histological criteria for disease remission
- Identification of biomarkers and their applicability in childhood to reduce the frequency of gastroscopies for follow up
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Identification of tolerance mechanisms to predict the optimal time for reintroduction ot the eliminated food allergen
- Applicability of allergological skin tests (sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value) in childhood EoE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis)
- Evaluation whether a susccessful tratment of EoE has an iompact on improving pulmonary obstruction (bronchial asthma) in affected children
