入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria will be all patients within 19 to 70 years of age in either sex presenting to this hospital with diagnosis of aneurysmal SAH by clinical and radiological investigations planned for surgical clipping.
排除标准
- •1)Hemodynamic instability (SBP < 100, HR <60, or on continuous infusion of catecholamines) or arrhythmias at screening
- •Heart failure class III or IV (New York Heart Association)
- •2)Renal failure
- •3)Liver failure (serum protein < 3 g/dL and total bilirubin > 5 mg/dL
- •4)Known or suspected brain death
- •5)Pregnancy
- •6)Unable to receive dexmedetomidine within 4 hours of surgery
