Inclusion Criteria
1.Adult patients (Age >=18 years) undergoing Micro-laryngoscopy procedures
2. ASA score 1 and 2
3.Procedure expected to last for > 15 minutes.
4.Patients having patent airway
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age less than 18 years
2.Patients in stridor
3.Patients having pre-existing respiratory comorbidities (COPD, Asthma)
