入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1.Patients willing to participate in the study and give a written informed consent.
- •2. Patients having moderate to severe periodontitis as assessed by clinical criteria (i.e., probing depth of >=5 mm and bone loss on radiograph >=50%) in consecutive three teeth in at least in three quadrant..
- •3.Patients should be between 20 and 60 years of age.
排除标准
- •1.Intake of any medication affecting the healing procedure.
- •2.Patients having systemic disease that contraindicate flap surgery.
- •3.Patient with drug allergies to any of medications used in the study,
- •4.Severe smokers ( >10 cigarettes/day) and habit of tobacco chewing.
- •5.Pregnant or lactating mother.
