Inclusion Criteria
  • able to stand and walk independently
  • able to understand and follow a verbal command
  • cutoff score less than 6 or 7 in functional balance in indicated
Exclusion Criteria
  • patients have any neurological issue,
  • Instability of atlantoaxial joint
  • Vision and hearing loss
  • History of fall
