入选标准
- •1) Male adult smokers more than 10 cigarettes per day
- •2) Platelet eggregation results > 70% at screening
- •3) Wiling to provide own written informed consent to trial participation
排除标准
- •1) Intake of any prescription drug for myocardial infarction, angina or bleeding disorders
- •2) Intake of aspirin, anti-coagulants or anti-platelet agents within 2 weeks prior to screening
- •3) Intake of red ginseng, ginseng, fermented bean paste within 2 weeks prior to screening
- •4) Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg)
- •5) Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (fasting glucose > 180mg/dl, or intake of hypoglycemic agents within 3 months prior to screening)
- •6) Uncontrolled thyroid diseases
- •7) Surgery under general anesthesia within 3 months prior to screening
- •8) Serum creatinine > 2 x upper normal limit
- •9) Serum alanine Transaminase, aspartate Transaminase > 3 x upper normal limit
- •10) Subject with severe epigastric soreness or indigestion
- •11) Participation of other clinical study within 3 months prior to screening
- •12) Ineligible for study participation due to other reasons, according to the investigator’s judgment
