Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 18 and 30 years.not involved in strength training programs.body mass index (BMI) of less than or equal to 25\.0 kg / m².
Exclusion Criteria
- •Contraindication for performing physical activity assessed by the physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR\-Q).illiterate. regular use of alcoholic beverages and tobacco. orthopedic, metabolic, respiratory and/or neurological diseases and/or limitations that prevent physical activity.absence in more than 15% of the sessions.disease that has repercussions on mood disorders.
