入选标准
- •Community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years or older
- •Individuals with a Korean Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) score of 24 or higher
- •Individuals able to walk indoors independently without a walking aid
- •Individuals who have not participated in a regular exercise program (twice or more per week) within the past 3 months
- •Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate
排除标准
- •Individuals diagnosed with cognitive-related disorders such as Alzheimer's disease
- •Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure = 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 110 mmHg)
- •Individuals who have experienced a musculoskeletal injury or surgery within the past 6 months
- •Individuals with a history of cardiovascular or neurological disease
- •Individuals unable to walk independently without a walking aid
- •Individuals deemed to be at risk for participating in exercise for any other reason
