Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients of either gender, between 18-70 years of age, un-dergoing below knee surgeries will be included in this trial.
Exclusion Criteria
1)History of allergy to local anesthetics,
2)Patient with coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy
3)Infection at the injection site
4)Patients who are pre operatively on opioids
5)Patients planned for surgery under tourniquet
6)Patient with hemodynamic instability and significant car-diovascular disease

Name Time Method 1)To evaluate the efficacy of Ultrasound guided Parasacral Ischial Plane (PIP )block over Poplite-al sciatic nerve approach for below knee surger-ies( i.e., Onset of sensory and motor blockade in minutes )Timepoint: Onset of sensory and motor block will be assessed every 1 minute till sensory and motor is achieved
