入选标准
- •Adult patients of either gender, between 18-70 years of age, un-dergoing below knee surgeries will be included in this trial.
排除标准
- •1)History of allergy to local anesthetics,
- •2)Patient with coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy
- •3)Infection at the injection site
- •4)Patients who are pre operatively on opioids
- •5)Patients planned for surgery under tourniquet
- •6)Patient with hemodynamic instability and significant car-diovascular disease
