Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients of either gender, between 18\-70 years of age, un\-dergoing below knee surgeries will be included in this trial.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)History of allergy to local anesthetics,
- •2\)Patient with coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy
- •3\)Infection at the injection site
- •4\)Patients who are pre operatively on opioids
- •5\)Patients planned for surgery under tourniquet
- •6\)Patient with hemodynamic instability and significant car\-diovascular disease
