Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Regional professional or zonal club football players with minimum of 1 year to max of 5 years experience
- •2\.Players having no recent injuries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Coordination/visual acuity
- •2\.Recent having lower limb soft tissue injury(6months)
- •3\.Having Repetitive lower limb injury (ex:\-Ankle sprain ,ligament injury)
