Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. History of rheumatic heart disease
  • •2\. Long term anticoagulant maintenance therapy with warfarin
  • •3\. Missing tooth/teeth
  • •4\. Both sexes, aged from 40 to 60 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. International normalised ratio (INR) greater than 4\.1
  • •2\. No missing tooth/teeth
