Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Organ transplanted children and adolescents aged between 5 and 22 years
- •Type I\-III to Fitzpatrick
- •Immunosuppression at the time of inclusion in the study, including complete information on the type, amount and duration of immunosuppression
- •Written consent of the young people and their parents to participate in the study
- •Daily access possibilities of the young people or the parents on a mobile phone for sending SMS
- •Transfer of the telephone number and the place of residence to the German Weather Service
- •Known living\-place in the intervention period for sending SMS
- •Signed release from medical confidentiality
Exclusion Criteria
- •Organ transplant recipients \> 22 years
- •No longer required immunosuppression during the study period (e.g., transplant failure)
- •Multi\-week stay abroad during the intervening period of access to a mobile phone
- •Skin types IV\-VI of Fitzpatrick (extremely low baseline skin cancer risk)
