Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women with age between 20 and 70 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant women
  • •Medical conditions causing UI like pelvic cancer, severe endometriosis, use of intrautrine device, any neurological or metabolic disorders leading to UI, urinary infection
  • •Women with uterine prolapse
  • •Women who have already taken treatment/ taking treatment or done exercise for this problem
  • •Women who are not able to perform exercise due to pain, discomforts etc
  • •Women who are psychologically unstable
  • •Women who are not willing to participate in the study
