•Individuals over the age of 60 with dementia diagnosis provided by a physician responsible for the treatment.; elderly people with scores of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) between 10 and 20 at the time of screening; elderly people with the presence of one or more neuropsychiatric symptoms or behavioral; elderly people with caregivers for at least four hours per day

•Visual or hearing impairments dysfunctional, or seriously impaired health status, or those who have changed their medications for medical reasons, come to derail the implementation of assistance;
•Concomitant psychiatric illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, Depressive Disorder Severe or Recurrent and Alcohol and Drug Addiction, in serious condition or outside clinical control; Inability to come to the Hospital for the interventions; Caregiver with MMSE <25
