- •Units in the Manufacturing Division are often described as plants, factories or mills and characteristically use power-driven machines and other materials-handling equipment.
- •Companies defined as small enterprise (<20).

- •Workers who do not work in the manufacturing industry and workers who do not work in noisy working environments (85dBA).
