Inclusion Criteria
Elderly patient; total edentulous; should present a reabsorbed border condition according to the classification of The American College of Prosthodontics. In this classification, the patient should present a minimum of 15mm of bone height in some region of the mandible to be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Pain symptoms of ATM and chewing muscles; uncontrolled systemic diseases; osteoporosis; head and neck irradiation; smokers and drinkers.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that the outcome of this clinical research will be an improvement in masticatory function and that the impact on the quality of life of these elderly people will be positive. To visualize the outcome, these patients, who use conventional full dentures, will be rehabilitated with a central implant in the mandible and, therefore, will use a removable implant prosthesis. To measure how much this type of rehabilitation has positively impacted patients, objective and subjective quantitative instruments will be used, such as the application of tests and questionnaires that present numerical scale. The comparison will be made before and after rehabilitation, and from the finding of a variation of at least 5% will be given as different from the initial.
