1. Emergency department healthcare professionals working under the Ministry of Health that include nurses, emergency physicians, medical officers, house officers, and medical assistants.
2. Having working experience of at least six months
3. Aged between 18 and 60 years
1. Have attended any educational program on elder abuse and neglect in the past 12 months.
2. Attachment healthcare professionals (post basic nurses, healthcare professionals in post graduate training) with a duration of employment/attachment of less than 6 months in the respective hospital at the recruitment time.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Knowledge, Attitude and confidence to intervene using Elder Abuse Questionnaire (ELSE-Q), a validated Malay language questionnaire, at baseline, immediately post intervention, at 3-months and 6-months follow-up
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method umber of elder abuse and neglect cases intervened and managed during the 6-months follow-up duration. The respondents will be asked how many elder abuse and neglect cases they have intervened and managed for the past 6 months since they completed the module given. The questions will be asked using the online method via the same module website.
