- •Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity with T-Stage T1 or T2 and clinically negative neck node Status (cN0)
- •Surgical Treatment via Tumor resection, Neck Dissection and microvacular reconstruction
- •Minimum Age: 18 years

- •Recurrence of Prior oral squamous cell carinoma
- •Lack of understanding or legal Age for written consent
