Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Novice singers \[ Involved in Singing Practice from 1 \- 2 years] with self reported dysphonia (Difficulty in singing)]
  • Age 10\-18 years
  • Both genders \[male and female]
  • Willing to participate in study

Exclusion Criteria

  • Highly trained singers \[or Singing Practice of more than 2 years]
  • Participants involved with Fitness activity and/or Respiratory training
  • History of previous or current smoking Participants with obesity
  • Participants with known case of acute or
  • chronic Cardiac and/or Respiratory pathology
  • history or during the time of Training.
  • Singer who is wind instrumentalist\[e.g. flute, or mouth organ]
  • Participant with recent Facial, thoracic or abdominal trauma and/or surgeries related to head, neck and trunk.
  • Known case of respiratory muscle weakness and Respiratory muscle related pathology or e.g.
  • Mayesthenia Gravis or Neurological disorders which involves facial, respiratory and/or abdominal neuromuscular system
