Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Novice singers \[ Involved in Singing Practice from 1 \- 2 years] with self reported dysphonia (Difficulty in singing)]
- •Age 10\-18 years
- •Both genders \[male and female]
- •Willing to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Highly trained singers \[or Singing Practice of more than 2 years]
- •Participants involved with Fitness activity and/or Respiratory training
- •History of previous or current smoking Participants with obesity
- •Participants with known case of acute or
- •chronic Cardiac and/or Respiratory pathology
- •history or during the time of Training.
- •Singer who is wind instrumentalist\[e.g. flute, or mouth organ]
- •Participant with recent Facial, thoracic or abdominal trauma and/or surgeries related to head, neck and trunk.
- •Known case of respiratory muscle weakness and Respiratory muscle related pathology or e.g.
- •Mayesthenia Gravis or Neurological disorders which involves facial, respiratory and/or abdominal neuromuscular system
