Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)patients belonging to ASA class I,II,III
- •2\)Patients undergoing upperlimb surgeries
- •3\)Hemoglobin at least 9 gm/dl and platlets count more than 1 lac.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)patients refusal
- •2\)any known hypertensitivity or contraindication to bupivacaine .
- •3\)local pathology at the site of injection or disability limiting the performance of block.
- •4\)pregnant,lactating mother.
