入选标准
- •1)patients belonging to ASA class I,II,III
- •2)Patients undergoing upperlimb surgeries
- •3)Hemoglobin at least 9 gm/dl and platlets count more than 1 lac.
排除标准
- •1)patients refusal
- •2)any known hypertensitivity or contraindication to bupivacaine .
- •3)local pathology at the site of injection or disability limiting the performance of block.
- •4)pregnant,lactating mother.
