Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)patients belonging to ASA class I,II,III
  • 2\)Patients undergoing upperlimb surgeries
  • 3\)Hemoglobin at least 9 gm/dl and platlets count more than 1 lac.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)patients refusal
  • 2\)any known hypertensitivity or contraindication to bupivacaine .
  • 3\)local pathology at the site of injection or disability limiting the performance of block.
  • 4\)pregnant,lactating mother.
