Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients with calcifying tendinitis which has proven refractory to conservative treatment and who are treated with shoulder arthroscopy in our clinic
  • •\- minimum age 18 years
  • •\- no maximum age

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- lack of consentability
  • •\- lack of consent for participation
  • •\- incomplete or nonevaluable data
  • •\- preoperative spontaneous resorption of the calcification
  • •\- relevant additional intraoperative pathologies
  • •\- reoperation
