- •During the period from the date of approval of the IRB to December 25, 2021, patients aged 40 to 75 years of age who would be operated by the same orthopedic surgeon at our hospital were treated with an anterior approach and a posterior approach for artificial hip replacement.
排除标准
- •Patients with previous hip surgery experience (except hip arthroscopy), ASA sore IV or higher, BMI of 35 or higher, Dorr's classification C, patients who underwent artificial joint replacement in other joints, previous lower back of 2 segments or more Patients who underwent fusion surgery, patients with neurological, mental health, and musculoskeletal diseases that may affect rehabilitation after surgery, and patients who do not agree with the research method of this study are excluded.
