Overview

Brief Summary

The main goal of the study is to assess the functional and radiological outcome of Colles fracture treated with closed reduction and cast application using hematoma block and also to enumerate the complications found during the course of the treatment. There are multiple modalities of reduction technique for Colles fracture but noticeable gap in the literature regarding the use of hematoma block as an adjuvant technique in Closed reduction and can application for colles fracture. This study is focusing on the patient diagnosed with colles fracture of age 40 years and above.
