- •1.Age 20 – 45 years of either gender / economic background / work class
- •2.PSQI scale score 8 – 21
- •3.Sleep difficulty occurs at least 3 times per week and has been a problem for at least 1 month.
排除标准
- •1.K/C/O any other psychiatric disorder.
- •2.K/C/O any other uncontrolled systemic disorder.
- •3.Under treatment of immune compromised drugs.
- •4.Pregnant and lactating.
