Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •dysphagia from a stroke that was confirmed by a videofluoroscopic swallowing study
- •no significant cognitive problem (Mini\-Mental Status Examination score\>24
- •maximal tongue pressure \< 40kpa
Exclusion Criteria
- •Secondary stroke
- •measurement and exercise were not possible because orofacial muscle strength was at 0 kPa
- •trigeminal neuropathy
