Inclusion Criteria

Children age between 2-6 years old, who visit OPD or IPD in Songklanagarind hospital

Exclusion Criteria

children with one of these criteria were exclude
1. global developmental delays, delay language development, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and Autistic
2. congenital anomaly
3. cancer
4. abdominal surgery
5. current medication that affects bowel movement e.g. opioid, antihypertensive drug, diuretic
6. constipation relates to organic cause
