Inclusion Criteria
The following individuals will be included in the study:
Pretest:
- One participant with chronic back pain (over 65 years of age).
Evaluation:
- 15 patients with chronic low back pain (over 65 years).
General inclusion criteria:
- Chronic back pain longer than 6 months
- = 65 years of age
- Independent mobility
Exclusion Criteria
1) cognitive disorders
2) sensory and/or motoric deficits,
3) not being able to actively perform exercises (especially in the field of segmental stabilitation in supine position)
4) spinal malignancies, tumors, fibromyalgia
