(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation, mainly pain;
(2) Age =20 years old and =70 years old, regardless of gender;
(3) No indication for surgery;
(4) Voluntarily participate in this research and sign an informed consent form.
(1) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, spinal osteomyelitis, spinal fractures, cauda equina syndrome, and ankylosing spondylitis;(2) Non-discogenic causes (such as spinal stenosis, inflammation, tumors, etc.), patients with non-specific low back pain, patients with acute low back pain;(3) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, and kidney, and mental illnesses;(4) Pregnant and lactating women;(5) Disagree to participate in this research.
