Patients with the diagnosis of heart failure in Class Two and Three? Age 40 years and older, lack of other congenital heart problems? Not having hearing problems, disabilities and limitations for self-care? Trading in Persian? Lack of mental illness, Alzheimer's, hemiplegia, paraplegia, deformity? access to landline or mobile
Exclusion criteria: patient died? Change in the patient's functional class to higher class before the end of the first 8 sessions? the patient's unwillingness to continue to cooperat? lack of complete remote training sessions (over three consecutive weeks in the first month)? Hospitalization due to other problems during the intervention
