入选标准

  • Patients who take part and gave their informed consent to the VESPEERA study participation and outcomes evaluation can participate in the process evaluation.
  • General practitioners (GPs) and VERAHs from participating GP-practices, who participate in the VESPEERA study and who took part in the kick-off training can participate in the process evaluation.
  • Hospital staff from participating hospitals has to work in one of the departments selected for VESPEERA implementation OR have to be involved in the implementation process of the VESPEERA intervention components on a higher hierarchical level.
  • Furthermore staff from non-participating hospitals and GP-practices will be asked for participation in interviews.
  • All participants should meet the inclusion criteria of the VESPEERA study: they have to be 18 years and older, have written and spoken German language skills and have to be able to give their informed consent into study participation in the process evaluation.

  • Persons who do not meet the inclusion criteria or who are unable to give their consent are excluded from study participation.
