Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient posted for VATS procedure for unilateral pulmonary metastatectomy
  • •Patients who are not planned for thoracic epidural analgesia
  • •BMI 19\-30 kg/m2
  • •ASA I, II \& III
  • •Age group: 18\-75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Local site infection.
  • •Refusal of consent.
  • •Allergy to local anaesthetic
  • •Coagulopathy defined as platelet counts less than 75000/mm3 or INR \> 1\.4\.
  • •On chronic pain medication for more than 1 week in the 4 weeks preceding surgery.
