入选标准
- •Patient posted for VATS procedure for unilateral pulmonary metastatectomy
- •Patients who are not planned for thoracic epidural analgesia
- •BMI 19-30 kg/m2
- •ASA I, II & III
- •Age group: 18-75 years
排除标准
- •Local site infection.
- •Refusal of consent.
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic
- •Coagulopathy defined as platelet counts less than 75000/mm3 or INR > 1.4.
- •On chronic pain medication for more than 1 week in the 4 weeks preceding surgery.
