Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient posted for VATS procedure for unilateral pulmonary metastatectomy
  • Patients who are not planned for thoracic epidural analgesia
  • BMI 19\-30 kg/m2
  • ASA I, II \& III
  • Age group: 18\-75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • Local site infection.
  • Refusal of consent.
  • Allergy to local anaesthetic
  • Coagulopathy defined as platelet counts less than 75000/mm3 or INR \> 1\.4\.
  • On chronic pain medication for more than 1 week in the 4 weeks preceding surgery.
