Inclusion Criteria
Patient posted for VATS procedure for unilateral pulmonary metastatectomy
Patients who are not planned for thoracic epidural analgesia
BMI 19-30 kg/m2
ASA I, II & III
Age group: 18-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
Local site infection.
Refusal of consent.
Allergy to local anaesthetic
Coagulopathy defined as platelet counts less than 75000/mm3 or INR > 1.4.
On chronic pain medication for more than 1 week in the 4 weeks preceding surgery.
