Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •to be a patient at the AHC\-UEL psychiatry clinic; be between 18 and 65 years old; have a telephone with internet connection available; being diagnosed with BD; understand instructions on using the app.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) cognitive deficit that does not allow the understanding of the free and informed consent term and the understanding of instructions for use of the app; b) unstable or hospitalized patients; c) problems or inability to operate a smartphone touch screen.
