- •1) staff with a license or certificate as a registered nurse (RN), a nurses’ aide (NA), or a geriatric care worker
- •2) staff working as direct care in nursing homes
- •3) Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study
- •4) having no vision or hearing impairments
- •5) having experience using computers and smartphones
排除标准
- •1) nursing home staff who have difficulty in interpreting, understanding, or interviewing the Korean consent
- •2) nursing home staff with experience participating in education programs and research for purposes similar to this study 3 months before this study
- •3) person participating as a volunteer in nursing homes
