Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients fulfiling clinical sign and symptoms of Bhagandara.
Exclusion Criteria
- •HBsAg, HIV\-positive patients.
- •Patients suffering from secondary fistulas due to Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, carcinoma, and tuberculosis.
- •Patients having uncontrolled DM \& HTN.
