Inclusion Criteria

(a) Female patients either married or unmarried between the age group of 18 to 35 years.

(b) Amenorrhea beyond 6 weeks irrespective of its cause excluding pregnancy.

Exclusion Criteria

(a) Pregnancy

(b) Lactating mother

(c) Primary Amenorrhea

(d) Chronic liver disease

(e) Chronic systemic illness

(f) Premature Menopause

(g) Contra-indication of Nasya.

(h) Contra-indication of Progesterone only pills.
