Inclusion Criteria
1. Children clinically diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral palsy.
2. Children with all degrees of impaired hand function.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Received botulinum toxin therapy in upper extremity musculature within
past 6 months.
2. Any medications such as barbiturates, anti-spastic drugs.
3. Uncontrolled epilepsy, contractures, fixed flexion deformity of elbow,
shoulder, visual problems.
4. Any recent surgical intervention of hand.
5. Children with erbâ??s palsy or brachial plexus injury.
