Inclusion Criteria
patient should fulfill the criteria of fagestrom test for nicotine dependence .
Patient should be graded according to Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients sufferring from chronic illness.
Ptients sufferring from any systemic failure.
