Inclusion Criteria
Volunteers diagnosed with any rheumatological disease; Are not undergoing any type of physiotherapeutic treatment; Older than 18 years; Both genders
Exclusion Criteria
History of recent fracture (last 3 months); Have participated in any therapies in the last 3 (three) months; Inability or interruption during functional tests; Perform more than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity per week
