Inclusion Criteria
Patient with >= 18 years of age.
Female diagnosed as pregnant.
Pregnancy >= 4 months.
Pregnant women with co morbidities like thyroid, seizures, hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
Patients who is willing to participate in the study and has given written informed consent are included into the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy > 8months.
Pregnant women who are having psychiatric disorder
Patients who could not cooperate for study related procedure
